Worst landlord I had in 15 years of renting. The flat hadn't been decorated or had any investment in the 10 plus years she has owned it.
There was a major leak from 2 floors above and she didnt want to send anyone out to it. Eventually she sent her less than friendly cigarette chugging handman who painted one strip of damage on the lounge ceiling, leaving everything else damaged with water continuing to seep.
Charged me for a washing machine repair after telling me it was covered under her British Gas contract but actually sent her handyman and charged me for the privilege. That's not to mention the £200 she is trying to charge me after check out. Avoid at all costs.
